This is the question i keeping asking myself everyday and every night. Am I making money online or am i just wasting my time online? It is you and you alone that can answer the question.
Some people spend an average of 4hrs minimum online everyday and do not make a dime while others spend thesame 4hours in a week and they make the former's salary in a month. Yes, this is true and this is what is happening in this global age.
Did i hear ask "What could be the reason for this?", The answer is not far-fetched, the internet is wide and vast, You either know what you want and go for it or you could spend the rest of your life playing and wasting your time online.

(1) Information Membership sites: These are sites which are regularly updated with latest and necessary information that is sought by users onlines. The catch is that users pay a particular sum to have full access to this websites.
(2) Data entry Jobs/Typing Jobs : Are you good in data entry and how many words can you type in a minute? Companies are looking for individuals to type and fill in data into their database and you get paid for these.
(3)Adsense/Adverts :
Do you have a website that generates traffic, If yes, you can be paid to put adverts and adsense into webpages that give more information about what the users want. Most adsense use adwords to display adverts and related pages
Others are Affiliate marketing, Referral websites, networking e.t.c.
